Many other dog doors on the market are made of cheap plastic. Regular plastics can’t hold up to the freezing temperatures or the sun’s UV rays like a metal door frame can.
eXtreme Dog Doors will help keep the outside temperatures where they belong, outside. Our dog door flaps are made of polyolefin-based polymer. This material is very safe to be in contact with your dog. It’s so safe that it’s the plastic most commonly used to package drinking water. It’s also a very flexible material. Our dog door flaps are strong, reliable, and will remain flexible even when the temperatures outside start to drop.
Another feature you’re sure to love is our locking panel. Each dog door comes with a door panel that can be slid into place and that locks. This panel provides extra security for times you will not be at home. It can also help you rest easy at night knowing that no critters will be sneaking into your home while you sleep.
All eXtreme Dog Door flaps also feature magnets that are placed at the sides and the bottom of each flap. These magnets create an incredibly durable seal that helps close the dog door once your dog has gone out. The seal created is so secure that it has been rated to hold up to 50 mph winds! While the seal is very strong, because the flap material is still flexible your dog will have no problem opening the door. Once your dog can flex the door a bit, the magnets give, and your dog can easily use the door.

Flap Installation
Please use provided screws and L shaped screw driver.
Step 1
Locate the screws that are at the top of the interior side of the flap and loosen them.
Step 2
Remove the old flap.
Step 3
Now you can insert the new flap, making sure that you can read the logo.
Step 4
Tighten the screws clockwise.
* If you have a double flap door, you will have to lift the other flap first.
